What we collect

The URL you ask us to check and the result of the check, which only contains public information about the site (titles, speed metrics, accessibility issues, HTTP headers).

A hashed version of your IP address, used only to rate-limit checks. We don't store the IP itself.

If you unlock the full report: your email and, optionally, your name and company, along with the date you gave consent.

How we use it

To generate and show your report. To send you the report and, if you tick the box, to let a BIX Tech specialist contact you about your app.

The report summary is written by an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI) from the grades and issues found. No personal data is sent to the model.

How long we keep it

Reports and contact details are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.

Who we share it with

The vendors that run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot verification and the AI model behind the summary). We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time through BIX Tech's contact page. Site owners can block checks of their domain on the opt-out page.
